A prime retail investment comprising fully let units with tenants including Eason, O'Briens and Casper & Giumbinis. Grand Canal Capital Partners advised Alderan on the €11.5m acquisition and will assume ongoing asset and income management — Alderan's first Irish acquisition on behalf of its SCPI Comète fund.
